Namacheko offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
All orders placed are processed within 2 business days and dispatched with DHL Express from Belgium.

All delivery times are indicative and subject to local customs clearance.
Track your parcel
Namacheko provides worldwide tracked shipping through DHL Express. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email. Once an order has been dispatched a tracking number will be provided per email. If you have not received an email within 10 minutes, please check your spam email folder or contact our Customer Care team at shop@namacheko.com.
Shipping Address
Namacheko is not responsible for parcels not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address. When the original parcel has been received back it can be redistributed under the conditions that the customer covers the shipping costs.
Namacheko accepts the following payment methods via Stripe:

- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Ali Pay
All payments is handled through Stripe, that are PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security and all transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected.
Duties & taxes
- 1. Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. - 2. Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Namacheko encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. - 3. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Namacheko at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Delivery terms
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 3 days
Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 – 8 days.
Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Although please note that it may take up to 4 hours for the tracking to be updated once the order has been dispatched.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we might not be able to restock it. You can email our customer service to ask if the item will return to stock.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
